Currently review business requirements specifications (BRS) and write system requirements specifications (SRS) for FedEx back-end Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) systems and services primarily for Package Movement Information Service (PMIS) and Global Shipping Address Information (GSAI). Interface with Marketing, IT Leads, Core Leads and Development to flesh out and define business, stakeholder, functional, non-functional and transition requirements. Conduct work product reviews (WPRs) to check requirements for correctness, completeness, ambiguity etc and gain client approval before requesting sign-off. Construct sequence diagrams with swim lanes and pools to define request and response flows through back-end systems. Document SRS WPR minutes and store in web repository. Store requirements in CaliberRM and trace them back to the business requirements and allow QA to trace forwards to test cases towards implementation. Interface with development and project managers as a liaison between the business and marketing representatives to elicit requirements and verify current system capabilities. Interact with SMEs to verify specific processes and functionality. Utilize organizational process assets and follow governance rules and guidelines for BRS and SRS development.
